If so; we are looking for an experienced learning and development professional with significant practical experience of successfully designing and delivering engaging, practical and cost-effective multimedia learning and development solutions. This role is full time, fixed term until 31 July 2023.

About the role

It is an exciting time to join our team and be one of seven Employee Development Advisers all delivering and designing training that supports the development of our staff at the University.

You will design training interventions, facilitate a range of development activities and workshops, some may be face to face. Working collaboratively with other team members you will provide guidance and share best practice enhancing their knowledge of eLearning and multimedia solutions.

About You

You will be experienced at facilitating online and face to face workshops and, have proven experience of developing interactive online learning through eLearning and other multimedia solutions.

Your flexible style and can do attitude will enable you to build relationships quickly with internal stakeholders to; understand their requirements, recommend the most appropriate intervention, and develop innovative, effective, and accessible learning solutions that meets the needs of a diverse community.

This role is based at our lively Highfield campus, although your time will be split between working remotely from home and catching up with colleagues on campus.
