What You'll Do

• Preparing chemical solutions and special reagents to specifications for resale.
• Planning, scheduling and supervising the activities involved in the repackaging of chemicals into smaller containers and ensuring their quality.
• Checking samples and ensuring quality control for all bulk chemical shipments to be stored in the bulk storage facilities.
• Requisitioning and maintaining a supply of containers for repackaging, labels on prepared products, and keeping control of chemical inventory used in the repackaging process.
• Providing technical knowledge to the Commercial team and customers regarding special chemical products and related matters as needed.
• Conducting experimental work with new chemicals and potential products; making recommendations to management for adoption.

What You'll Need

• College degree in Chemistry or equivalent chemical laboratory experience
• One to three years of experience in the preparation of chemical products (Preferred)
• We prefer someone with extensive knowledge of chemical products, repackaging process, familiar with State and Federal labeling requirements, and ability to prepare special chemical products.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements as it pertains to FDARP as applicable to the facility.
