(Level B/C) $100,933 to $141,537 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Multiple fixed term, part- time, Clinical Academic positions available for 12 months with a possibility for extension.

Working with a dynamic team the successful applicants will play a central role in the delivery of Psychiatry teaching and research programs across metropolitan Adelaide.

Key activities will include: Lecturing and assessment support for Psychiatry teaching programs; Liaison with clinical teams, precinct support, and students on Psychiatry placements; Innovation in the development of teaching materials including those required for new MD program; Clinical support for the discipline's range of national and international funded trials of genomics, biomarkers and novel treatments for mental illness; The opportunity to develop specific research interests and expertise toward a successful career as a Clinical Academic Psychiatrist.

To be successful you will need:
  • Fellow of the RANZCP or a senior trainee in the last year of training.
  • Demonstrated experience in the conduct of tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, workshops and clinical sessions.
  • Demonstrated experience in innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
  • Supervision of major honours or postgraduate research projects.
  • Experience in liaising and promoting research links with external bodies.
