\n \n\n\nAs part of the Elite Labor & Delivery Nursing Float Pool, Registered Nurses deliver professional nursing care to population specific patients in the Labor & Delivery and Antepartum Units. Follows the Board of Nursing's (BON) Standards of Nursing Practice utilizing the nursing process in care delivery. Qualifications

Education / License / Certifications:
\n\n\n\tBSN required within 24 months of hire\n\tCurrent Texas RN License\n\tCurrent Healthcare Provider BLS, ACLS and NRP issued by the American Heart Association required\n\tProfessional Nursing Organization Membership strongly encouraged.\n\tCertification in area of specialty preferred.\n\tFetal heart monitoring, AWHONN and other HCA required courses for L&D nurses in accordance with department education schedule.\n\n\nExperience:\n\n\n\tMinimum 18 months experience within an acute care hospital with a minimum one year in a specialty area.\n\n\nSpecial Demands:\n\n\n Designated facilities in the WEST POD:\n\n\n\n\tMedical City Alliance\n\tMedical City Arlington\n\tMedical City Fort Worth\n\tMedical City Las Colinas\n\tMedical City North Hills \n\tMedical City Weatherford\n\n\n
