YOUR ROLE
  • Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations, troubleshooting for customers and technical training of field sales forces and customers
  • Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
  • Reports quality issues and customers claims to relevant parts of the organization
  • Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
  • Reports technical results and contributes to customer presentations
  • Works effectively on sub business unit and/or regional specific projects, contributes to project plans and helps the team to deliver project goals
  • Supervises the laboratory work for samples coming from customers and reports technical results to customers
  • Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solution's value to customers
  • Documents all activities in CRM tool and/or in lab request database
  • Directly communicates with sales, marketing, product development, innovation and/or project team
  • Internally promotes innovations and best learnings cross accounts
  • Respects and promotes the internal SHEQ rules

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required
  • Entry level can apply
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
  • Good communication skills in Korean and English is required
  • Able to work for 16months
