YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations, troubleshooting for customers and technical training of field sales forces and customers
- Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
- Reports quality issues and customers claims to relevant parts of the organization
- Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
- Reports technical results and contributes to customer presentations
- Works effectively on sub business unit and/or regional specific projects, contributes to project plans and helps the team to deliver project goals
- Supervises the laboratory work for samples coming from customers and reports technical results to customers
- Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solution's value to customers
- Documents all activities in CRM tool and/or in lab request database
- Directly communicates with sales, marketing, product development, innovation and/or project team
- Internally promotes innovations and best learnings cross accounts
- Respects and promotes the internal SHEQ rules
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required
- Entry level can apply
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
- Good communication skills in Korean and English is required
- Able to work for 16months
