YOUR ROLE

• Supervise / lead the regional application services team to ensure stability of operation and meeting business objective
• Drive regional application SLA targets and ensure conformance with company SOP, KPI and compliance requirements.
• Oversee and provide leadership guidance on service delivery process in accordance to service contract and deliverables.
• Manage external partners / vendors including service quality and performance against targets.

YOUR SKILLS

• Deep hands-on experience with application implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Experience in managing application support teams, Lotus Notes, MS power Platform, Power BI, ITIL Certificate, PMP Project Management Experience, Cloud computing, CRM, ERP is an advantage
• Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships
• Strong communication, influence, negotiation, collaboration, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Proactive and self-driven with enthusiasm to evaluate and implement new technologies
