YOUR ROLE
  • Automotive Trainee / Laboratory Technician will work in the Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (VRM), Training and
  • Application Center and support automotive mechanical and collision repair industry by incorporating Henkel's adhesives and sealants.
  • Support VRM Application Engineer (AE) on all technical aspects and work on product trials and testing, quality issues / customer claims.
  • May supervise laboratory work for samples, and report technical results with AE, internally and externally.
  • Ensure an organized workshop layout in the training center, make training preparations, monitor products & consumables required for trainings
  • Prepare training plan with VRM AE and support to carry out the relevant trainings.
  • Ensure that all workshop equipment and tools work properly, are clean and in order.

YOUR SKILLS
  • New Graduates or up to 2 years' experience with bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant engineering/technical discipline
  • Experience in automotive collision repair or adhesives/sealant industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solution oriented and ability to work as a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office and computer skills
