Dietetics and Nutrition Instructor must have a Master's Degree in a Dietetics and Nutrition, (although a doctoral degree is preferred), must also have a valid RDN, LDN, and have 3 years of professional experience. In addition, some prior teaching experience is beneficial.
- Preparing course plans and materials
- Delivering courses
- Monitoring progress/attendance
- Advising students
- Recording grades and submitting reports
