YOUR ROLE

• The Engineer is responsible for performing laboratory testing and assist TCS in application test, customer complaint analysis & competitive market research, generate the professional laboratory test reports.
• Carry out laboratory testing & provide professional laboratory report
• Assis AE to design and set up no-standard laboratory testing method & facilities to solve and simulate customer issue
• Prepare and conduct internal technical training & sharing
• Support lab related special projects
• Train and coach new employee in a systematic way
• Participate laboratory 5S maintenance and continuous improvement

• Accountabilities (Time in %)
• Carry out laboratory testing & provide professional laboratory report 50%
• Assis AE to design and set up no-standard laboratory testing method & facilities to solve and simulate customer issue 25%
• Prepare and conduct internal technical training & sharing 15%
• Participate laboratory 5S maintenance and continuous improvement 10%

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's or master's degree, Mechanical Engineering/Chemistry/Polymer Science or Any Science Subject
• Knowledge in office, data analysis is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with prior experience in startups and small companies
• "Can-do" attitude and great adaptability
• Fluent English language skills
