YOUR ROLE
  • Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations, troubleshooting for customers and technical training of field sales forces and customers
  • Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
  • Reports quality issues, customer claims to relevant parts of the organization, technical results, and contributes to customer presentations
  • Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
  • Works effectively on sub business units and/or regional specific projects, contributes to project plans, helps the team to deliver project goals, and internally promotes innovations and best learnings cross accounts
  • Supervises the laboratory work for samples coming from customers and reports technical results to customers, while respecting and promoting the internal SHEQ rules
  • Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solutions value to customers, along with all activities in CRM tool and/or in lab request database
  • Directly communicates with sales, marketing, product development, innovation and/or project team

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required
  • Entry level can apply and minimum of one (1) year experience in related field is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
  • Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
