The faculty and staff add another 1,400 members to the UNC community. UNC is a multipurpose institution offering a wide range of graduate and undergraduate degree programs in six academic colleges: Humanities and Social Sciences, Monfort College of Business, Education and Behavioral Sciences, Natural and Health Sciences, Performing and Visual Arts, and University Libraries. Physical Demands Job Summary Candidates are sought to form a hiring pool for potential temporary full/part-time adjunct faculty positions in the College of Performing & Visual Arts School of Art & Design disciplines for Academic Year 2021-2022. Teaching assignments will be at the college level and include lecture, laboratory, applied lessons, studio, or recitation courses. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in one or more of the College of Performing and Visual Arts School of Art & Design disciplines or comparable professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in one or more of the College of Performing and Visual Arts School of Art & Design disciplines. Prefer evidence of outstanding artistry and record of successful college-level teaching experience in the discipline of employment.
