Baker University's Business and Economics Department seeks applications for a tenure-track assistant professor of business and accounting, beginning August 2023. Along with a passion for undergraduate teaching and an appreciation for the role of the business curriculum in a liberal arts setting, a strong candidate will have teaching expertise in accounting and management, along with other business topics. Strong candidates will also show evidence of successful teaching and effective support and guidance for students pursuing internships, and display an eagerness to actively engage with the Kansas City area business community. Eligible candidates will be considered based on their (1) teaching experience, (2) demonstrated ability to foster student engagement and success, and (3) ongoing professional learning.
