Antibody and Vaccine Group, Centre for Cancer Immunology, University of Southampton, Faculty of Medicine, Cancer Sciences
The Antibody and Vaccine Group based in the newly opened Centre for Cancer Immunology in Southampton has a strong track-record in basic and translational immunology. One of its central aims is to develop new and more effective antibody reagents for treating cancer.
An exciting opportunity now presents itself for a technician to work on a CRUK project funded in collaboration with UCB Pharma to develop a novel antibody technology capable of eliciting powerful anti-tumour responses. The collaboration will expose the successful candidate to cutting edge industry and academic technologies.
You will be motivated, educated in a relevant subject area and ideally have practical laboratory experience of antibody biology and in vivo methodology.
