The Department of Industrial Psychology at Stellenbosch University aspires to position its graduates in the labour market as professional and scientifically informed human resource practitioners and industrial psychologists.

Duties/Pligte
Voorgraadse en/of nagraadse onderrig in die volle spektrum van bedryfsielkunde;
Studieleiding van nagraadse studentenavorsing;
Aanbieding van navorsingsuitsette by nasionale en internasionale konferensies;
Publisering van navorsingsuitsette in geakkrediteerde vaktydskrifte;
Toesighouding oor professionele bedryfsielkunde interns;
Akademiese leierskap en koördinering van modules en programme;
Deelname aan interne en eksterne dienslewering en sosiale impak programme/ aktiwiteite/ intervensies wat toepaslik is tot die akademiese rang.
Undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching in the full spectrum of industrial psychology;
Supervision of postgraduate student research;
Presenting research results at national and international conferences;
Publishing research results in scientific peer-reviewed journals;
Supervision of professional industrial psychology interns;
Academic leadership and coordination of modules and programmes;
Participating in internal and external service rendering and social impact programmes/ activities and interventions relevant to the academic rank.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
Doktorsgraad in Bedryfsielkunde;
Professionele registrasie by die Beroepsraad vir Sielkunde as Bedryfsielkundige;
Bewese rekord van onderrig op voorgraadse en/ of nagraadse vlak;
Bewese studieleiding van nagraadse studente;
Bewese navorsingsuitsette in ooreenstemming met 'n aanstelling as medeprofessor / senior lektor.
Doctorate degree in Industrial Psychology;
Professional registration with the Professional Board for Psychology as Industrial Psychologist;
Proven record of teaching at undergraduate and/ or postgraduate level;
Proven research supervision of postgraduate students;
Proven publication output commensurate at associate professor / senior lecturer level.
Recommendation/Aanbeveling
Bewyse van professionele toesighouding van intern bedryfsielkundiges;
Praktiese ervaring in sielkundige assessering en akkreditasie in verskillende psigometriese instrumente;
Senior lektor: studieleiding van honneurs- en meestersstudente. / Medeprofessor: studieleiding van doktorale studente.
Evidence of professional supervision of intern industrial psychologists;
Practical experience in psychological assessment and accreditation in different psychometric instruments;
