YOUR ROLE

• Communicating with peers to effectively execute the manufacturing processes
• Improve efficiency, capacity, quality and cost of all production and process activities related to Water-Based, Sealant, Solvent-Based, Surface Treatment and Utilities/Waste Water Treatment Plant in Bangpoo Plant
• Key person in monitoring upgrades systems such as PLC, MES and digitalizing all manufacturing processes in Bangpoo plant
• Support project in Bangpoo plant on engineering work to ensure that production transferred related information to produce product with excellent quality
• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Extracurricular activities and some work experience is advantageous
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Capable to solve problems on own initiative
• Ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
