We're looking for an experienced and passionate digital marketing and communications professional to own, deliver and shape content marketing, communication strategies and activation.

For TechSPARK you'll be responsible for communicating the TechSpark and MyWorld brands to regional, national and international audiences by delivering engaging and high-performing communications content across a variety of channels.

For MyWorld, a priority for this role will be the creation of a programme-wide communications strategy for MyWorld activities, including delivering content for work streams led by partner organisations.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in marketing and communications teams for ambitious, high-growth companies.

What You'll Have
  • 4+ years experience working or leading a marketing or content team
  • Experience developing and optimising B2B campaigns through digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in the setup, tracking and reporting of campaigns
  • Practical understanding of SEO and best practices when creating content to ensure performance and visibility, along with website development
  • Analytical, quantitative and strategic mindset paired with strong project management skills to show an expert understanding of digital marketing and communication strategies while enjoying working cross-functionally with other teams
  • Experience developing detailed, targeted communications plans for specific campaigns
  • Experience managing varied stakeholders and, at times, conflicting priorities from them
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and industry tools to aid in finding opportunities and monitoring performance.
  • Proven experience in researching and producing content on industry-related topics that generate engagement and qualified leads
  • Expertise in deploying paid social and ad campaigns.
  • Action-oriented, with a deep understanding that goals and KPIs help us deliver effectively and achieve potential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills can clearly articulate and express ideas and strategies to a wide variety of people and groups at any level.


What you'll be doing

You'll be doing for both TechSPARK and MyWorld campaigns:
  • Own and lead the overall planning, creation and distribution of their content-related areas; Brand, Web, Thought Leadership, Campaign, Social, and overall content strategy, to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging across all channels
  • Create content and messaging tailored for both stakeholders and internally to support

operations. Including Web copy, social media, customer blogs, email messaging and press releases
  • Working closely with content, events and partnerships teams in-house to ensure all decisions are data-driven and centred around genuine insights.
  • Ensuring tracking, analysis and reporting is effective and optimised across the entire funnel.
  • Managing deliverables, reporting campaign performance, and communicating expectations with the team and stakeholders
