An exciting opportunity to apply your skills across an interesting and diverse range of duties in this customer-focused role.

The Future Student Experience Officer will undertake conversion activities, provide creative marketing expertise, develop copy for communications campaigns and maintain effective customer data management to help achieve the University's revenue objectives. This diverse customer-focused position, with guidance from the Customer Experience Manager and Future Student Conversion Coordinator, will also oversee the duties of the international student ambassador team and deliver minor recruitment-driven projects.

To be successful you will need:
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment or customer service activities, preferably in a higher education environment.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, handling a diverse range of enquiries and projects.
  • Experience working with dynamic audience-appropriate copy for web and electronic communication with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience organising and undertaking multiple tasks with competing deadlines and in applying effective problem-solving skills to standard issues.
