YOUR ROLE

• Join us at Henkel dx to create the next: added value through innovations and technologies in the area of sustainability
• Support us to continue and drive the success story of Henkel on sustainability and make this world a better place for the good of generations
• Become part of our growing team of experts from business domains and tech - together we leverage ESG end-to end with focus on technology
• Strengthen our consulting practice that supports our business units worldwide by developing IT solutions for measuring the environmental footprint along the entire value chain (cradle-to-grave)
• Consult internal stakeholders on digital trends and leverage newest technologies to support our sustainability ambitions
• Lead IT project to measure & report sustainability KPIs and foster the digitalization
• Provide innovative solutions to improve end-to-end processes
• Identify, facilitate, and implement best practices
• Create excellent IT products in an efficient way by applying design thinking and agile concepts
• Supports the full BizDevOps lifecycle of a product/IT application
• Master your business domain with expertise while being proud to be tech

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in computer science, business engineering, digital or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of project management experience in an international environment, including agile project management
• A strong passion for sustainability
• Great story telling skills/narrative building
• Having a curious, challenger mindset. Prepared to challenge status quo and see things through at pace with a willingness to learn and pivot
• Operating in ambiguous environments, able to leverage networks and personal resilience to identify 'the next question' to unlock opportunities
• Intuitive PPT & Excel knowledge to develop impactful, engaging presentations and involved financial scenario calculations
• Fluent English language skills, German language skills would be beneficial
