The Role

The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a vital role in supporting our endeavours by overseeing the delivery of Electrical projects across the University, to keep our estate running efficiently, through a combination of Planning and Delivering Design works and providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders and contractors. The position will also play an important role in contributing to the strategic direction of the University as we move towards achieving our sustainability goals of Net Carbon Zero 2030.LC2

About you

You will have excellent design, technical and communication skills, with the ability to manage your own workload. You will be a positive and proactive problem solver with the ability to oversee the delivery of Electrical projects and Project Liaison to ensure that work is delivered on time and to a high standard. You will be a strong team player, but also be self-sufficient and able to work independently.
