We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Training and Development Lead to:

- line managing 2 Student Development Coordinators, ensuring the team are supported and well-equipped to perform their roles.

- shaping and delivering our training programmes to maximise a range of mediums, including in-person, online and peer to peer.

- developing effective developmental support structures for student leaders.

- developing mechanisms for reward and recognition for our student leaders.

- shaping and delivering our student leaders communications.

- building communities of student leaders.

Salary: £26,557 - £30,182 per annum (starting at the beginning of the scale)
