The University of Massachusetts School of Law welcomes applications from entry-level and lateral candidates for a tenure-track faculty position to begin July 1, 2023. UMass Law, the Commonwealth's only public law school, is committed to providing an excellent and affordable legal education and to improving the quality and reach of justice.
The successful candidate will likely teach Civil Procedure in the law school's first-year required curriculum, as well as one or more of the following areas: Contracts, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Health Law, Intellectual Property Law (Copyright, Trademark, or Patent Law), Labor and Employment Law, Professional Responsibility, Race and the Law, or Tax Law.
*Minimum qualifications:* Candidates must have a law degree, a strong academic record, and demonstrated potential to produce outstanding scholarship.
