Primary duties will include teaching finance at the graduate and undergraduate level, engaging in a research program that results in published articles in outstanding scholarly publications and performing service as assigned by the Department, College and University.

The Department of Economics, Finance and Legal Studies at the Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Finance beginning August 16, 2023. Primary duties include teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels, engaging in a research program that results in outstanding scholarly publications, and performing service as assigned by the Department, College, and University.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and achievements.
*Minimum Qualifications*
(1) A doctoral degree in Finance or Economics (in hand or completed by August 16, 2023); (2) a high-quality research agenda, and current working/ published papers; (3) demonstrated excellence in teaching.
*Preferred Qualifications*
