The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science seeks adjunct faculty members to teach one or two sections of our introductory computer programming courses during our Spring Term that commences January 11, 2022. Both courses assume no prior programming experience. One course introduces basic website construction and elementary web programming using JavaScript. The other course provides instruction in object-oriented programming using Python. Courses meet either two days or three days each week and a student teaching assistant may be provided. A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Demonstrated excellence in teaching is strongly preferred.
