The University of North Alabama's Anderson College of Nursing and Health Professions (ACONHP) is seeking qualified full-time faculty at the rank of lecturer for the Director of Clinical Education for the Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care Program. Salary will be based on qualifications of the successful candidate. The Director of Clinical Education will be responsible for assisting the program coordinator with the coordination and development of a new respiratory care program in accordance with the Commission on Accreditation of Respiratory Care (CoARC) standards. The Director of Clinical Education will also be responsible for facilitation and administration of clinical aspects of the program.

Minimum qualifications include: Master's degree is required; Four years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is required, with at least two years of experience in clinical respiratory care; Two years of experience teaching in an accredited respiratory care program either as an appointed faculty member or as a clinical preceptor, is required; and current, valid RRT credential and Alabama state license.
