Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFU) invites applications and nominations for the position of *Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management.*

Reporting to the Provost and serving on the President's Cabinet, the Vice President will formulate, execute, and continuously evolve a transparent, collaborative, and cutting-edge enrollment management strategy that stems from and is tied to the goals, mission, and resources of the university. The Vice President will guide the strategy for all enrollment management activities including admissions, student financial services, and the registrar and put in place the systems and structures to support enrollment planning and decision making at all levels. Critical to this work will be the Vice President's understanding of and support for the university's academic mission as well as commitment to working collaboratively with the President, Provost, Deans, faculty, and other members of the university community.

RFU seeks a Vice President who will provide deep knowledge of best practices in the field. The successful candidate will possess great analytic and technological depth; an eye for the possible; an eagerness to engage in meaningful interchange about enrollment priorities with university leadership; and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
