The role
The School of Mathematics is looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to provide high level PA support to the Head of School and School Manager.
What will you be doing?
The role holder will be responsible for complex diary management, arranging high level meetings and dealing with incoming enquiries on behalf of the School Management Team. The role holder also supports the School's Executive Administration Team, managing academic recruitment and honorary status, scheduling and servicing School committee meetings and creating/maintaining internal and external websites.
You should apply if
The position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work with competing deadlines, in a busy and demanding office environment. Excellent customer service skills are key to this role.
