As a Business Support Assistant you will provide assistance in the smooth running of business operations within the Faculty of Biological Sciences. You will have previous administrative experience and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will possess the ability to work to a high level of accuracy together with drive, enthusiasm and a proactive approach, which are essential requirements for the role. You should also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload. Experience of Microsoft Office or equivalent IT Software is essential.

A key element of this role will be to liaise closely with key Faculty functions, such as HR, to ensure compliance with university procedures and policies, and employment legislation.
