YOUR ROLE
  • Research & development in Henkel ADP for polyurethane-based thermal conductive adhesive (TCA) and other AAC applications. Planning and execution of lab trials, supervision of work packages of lab technicians. Organization of scale up and production trials. Customer visits and technical discussions after alignment with sales. Cooperation with projects managers for the ADP documentation and strategic planning of projects. Cooperation with raw material suppliers and internal departments such as sales, marketing, production, BDM and TCS.
  • Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts,etc)
  • Technology and product development - measured by: milestone, new products or new patents.
  • Laboratory management - measured by: walkaround report, 5S implementation, safety issue resolving rate.
  • Innovation - new product launch, technology innovation, IP.
  • KPI and expenses management - measurement will be project milestone, budget control.
  • Principal Accountabilities
  • Lead & Executes product development in ADP projects 80%
  • Manages research lab and assures safety regulation & good laboratory practices 10%
  • Production line support 10%

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree
  • Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science or Material Science Major
  • 3-5 years Working Year
  • Adhesive or Chemical Industry
  • Fluent English
