YOUR ROLE

• Development of innovative coating and application systems for metallic substrates
• Support crucial ADP/MOC projects
• Carrying out and evaluate laboratory tests
• Support and carrying out experiments in the field of product development
• Steering of project plans
• Ensure SHQ and compliance
• Support the analysis of test results of product development experiments and application tests
• Cooperation with colleagues from production and quality assurance
• Compare existing products with new product ideas in terms of cost and other relevant factors

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree or equivalent education with background in chemistry
• 3+ years of working experience in the field of R&D, product development and experience in the field of extrusion
• Experience in the field of polymers and the physical (rheological) characterization of those
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Team player with hands-on mentality
• Fluent in English and German
