YOUR ROLE
- Become a team member of the world's largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global strategic projects with a focus on Sales & Channel Excellence in Henkel Adhesives' Consumer Goods business unit
- Steer your own project within one of our team's focus areas and drive change throughout our global organization
- Co-develop tools and processes for best practice Key Account Management
- Contribute to the successful roll-out of an online account planning tool
- Collaborate with our S&CE team in all focus areas and gain valuable insights into B2B Sales & Marketing activities
YOUR SKILLS
- Student who has successfully passed first semesters in business-related fields
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven analytical skills to break down complex problems, to handle comprehensive data sets and to derive fact-based decisions
- Critical thinking to challenge the status-quo and to come up with new ideas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully deal with stakeholders across regions, functions and levels
- Highly motivated, self-organized, and ambitious team player
- Availability as of now for four-six months
