YOUR ROLE
- Lead technology / product exploration, evaluation, selection, standardization and innovation in area of eMailing
- Manage technology in order to guarantee state of the art solutions and operations, steer the complete lifecycle of eMailing technologies in use and be fully responsible for the delivered services internally and externally
- Provide advice to stakeholders on how to leverage emailing solutions and work with them to fulfill their concerns objectives into best practice solutions
- Foster innovation by adding expertise on technology and business trends to shape new solutions
- Analyze customer needs, mapping requirements to technical design, documenting and designing/building technical solutions
- Collaborate with dx and business project teams to keep projects on schedule by coordinating activities, monitoring project schedules and costs
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics or similar
- +5 years experience in administration and managing Exchange Online as part of Microsoft 365
- Experience with alternative mailing solutions, e.g. Twilio Sendgrid desirable
- Familiar with out-of-the-box features in of Microsoft 365 Apps like SharePoint, Teams, and others
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 strategy and accompanying technologies
- Outstanding communication skills both oral and written paired with the ability to tailor the message to various audiences, exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers
- English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication is a must
