YOUR ROLE

• Provide innovation solutions to improve end-to-end processes
• Facilitate and implement best practices and innovative solutions
• Identify opportunities and elaborate solutions by using new technologies as well as evolving industry best practices
• Design concepts and user stories for end-to-end processes
• Apply and adopt agile methodologies across IT projects and service deliveries
• Gather and complement the user stories from business experts and stakeholders
• Support the full BizDevOps lifecycle of a product/IT application
• Write technical specifications or new technical user stories
• Configure applications during the lifecycle

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in computer science, business engineering, business administration, economics or similar
• At least 2 years of project management experience in an international environment, including agile project management
• Ability to structure complex topics and develop plans
• Strong convincing and presentation skills
• Very good communication & collaboration skills
• Excellent language skills in English, German is beneficial
• Experience with Cloud Solutions and/or HR IT Solutions would be nice to have
