Continuing position available with immediate start.
Working under general direction, the Senior Administrator will report to the Director, Institute for Sustainability, Energy and Resources to support the activities of ISER and its supported Centres, on a wide-range of administrative tasks.
This will include supporting the Institute with regards to submission of bids, assisting with outreach communications activities including websites, publications and coordination of / organisation of events.
The successful candidate will be required support the Director ISER with diary management, travel and conference booking arrangements, minute taking and distribution of agendas. You will also be required to provide financial support to ensure financial commitments and pipeline are kept up to date.

- Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise work and work independently as appropriate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work collegially as part of a team and with a wide range of stakeholder groups, particularly external clients.
- Experience in providing financial support.
- Experience working in a marketing environment with an overall understanding of marketing processes, including website management
