Description:
The Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKennaCollege (CMC) invites applications for one non-tenure tracklecturer/professor of the practice of accounting position for the2023-24 and 2024-2025 academic years (with the possibility ofrenewal subject to review and future needs of the college). Theposition will begin on July 1, 2023. The successful candidateshould possess a CPA and/or doctorate from an AACSB-accrediteduniversity.

The successful applicant will be expected to teach the introductoryaccounting course, upper division financial statement analysiscourse, and possibly other financial or managerial accountingcourses. The teaching load is five semester courses per year. Thecandidate must have demonstrated ability to the highest standardsof excellence in teaching.
