Bluffton University invites applications for an Assistant Professor and Field Director for Master of Social Work Program
QUALIFICATIONS:MSW from a program accredited by CSWE, doctorate preferred. Two years of post-MSW practice experience in any area of social work. Teaching experience in higher education. Clinical social work license preferred. Diverse individuals especially invited to apply. Doctorate required for tenure-track.
RESPONBITILITIES:Establish and grow field department in new online (highly interactive) MSW program (50%). Identify community organizations for potential field placements for MSW students. Orient and train field instructors in community organizations. Match, support, and assess MSW students in field placements.
