Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Amazing opportunity for someone with a passion for medical science and public health looking to grow with us! Universal Diagnostic Laboratories is a full-service, high-complexity boutique testing lab focused on providing accurate and quick test results for our clients.
We're looking for a motivated clinical laboratory scientist to be a part of our fantastic laboratory team. Duties of the role include:

* Performing clinical laboratory procedures and evaluating results produced relative to the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of disease
* Follow all necessary laboratory safety policies and procedures
* Work with our CLS and lab technicians to provide quick, accurate results for our clients
* Other duties as assigned

We need someone who:

* Has a valid Clinical Lab Scientist license
* Has a Bachelor's degree or higher in biological science or related field
* Has at least 3 years of experience working as a CLS in a lab environment, or comparable role
* Is aptly familiar with medical tools and advanced devices
* Experience working in a team environment
* Experience delegating tasks and ensuring testing procedures and results are accurate
