Reinhardt University, a comprehensive institution grounded in the liberal arts and affiliated with the United Methodist Church, invites applications for the position Adjunct Instructor of Philosophy in the School of Arts and Humanities. The position requires a minimal credential of a master's degree, but doctorate preferred, in Philosophy or a closely related field, from an institution that is regionally accredited; and documented experience with college-level teaching. Primary duties include teaching introductory courses in Philosophy for the General Education Curriculum. Candidates are expected to demonstrate effective teaching of in-person (face-to-face) courses at the collegiate level, including the practice of active and engaged learning strategies.
