Job Summary

The Krannert School of Management ( at Purdue University invites applications for the position of Clinical Assistant Professor of Management in Human Resource Management or Organizational Behavior. This position is expected to begin August 2023.

Qualifications include:

* At least one of the following:
* A Ph.D. completed or near completion in Human Resource Management (HR), Organizational Behavior (OB), Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field (preferred).
* A Masters degree and 15+ years of professional corporate/industry HR experience.

* Strong evidence of teaching excellence in OB, HR, or related fields as evidenced by student evaluations and teaching awards.
* Ability to lead an academic program

We will begin reviewing applications September 30, 2022 and will continue until the position is filled. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 18 credit hours of HR or OB courses in our undergraduate and/or graduate programs, perform school service which may include directing an academic program, and participate in other school activities as assigned.

Although we are open to broad teaching and research interests, candidates interested in teaching any topics in Human Resources are especially encouraged to apply.
