The faculty instructor shall be responsible for teaching assigned courses and for keeping accurate records of all student questions, assignments, and grades. The instructor will be responsible for utilizing and continually improving the teaching materials for his/her subjects. These improvements will be reported to and monitored by the Academic Director.

Skills required:
* English proficiency.
* Communication skills.
* Proactivity and commitment.
* Willingness to pursue an academic career.
* Must be comfortable working online and with videoconferencing technologies.
* Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
* Demonstrated teaching experience preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in online and face-to-face training preferred.
* Preferably experience in the following areas of expertise Global Finance, Managerial Accounting, Financial Markets and Instruments, International Business Administration - Capstone Project,m Managerial Accounting, Business Information System.
Job requirements:
* Verifiable last level of study, PhD.
* Able to organize and deliver assigned courses to promote student success while maintaining academic rigor.
* Able to review and improve the syllabus of assigned courses.
* Be willing to deliver all requested educational materials to the Department of Faculty Management in a timely manner.
* Ability to promote and facilitate interaction ensuring collaborative learning.
* Ability to motivate and guide students in class and respond to forums in a timely manner.
* Assumes responsibility for tracking and assessing student learning, achievement of course objectives and providing feedback.
* Assumes responsibility for attending assigned classes by being present 15 minutes prior to the start of class and responding to any questions or needs.
* Be willing to attend faculty meetings, official functions and perform other duties as may be required by the administration as appropriate to the instructor position.
* Interest in participating in professional development events and reporting progress to the HR Department.
* Positive attitude to tutor and mentor students in their office or via video conference when requested.
* Willingness to perform additional duties useful to teaching performance.
