ROLE SUMMARY

  • Provide medical input for concept development and review of promotional materials and sales training materials as part of the Promotional Materials.
  • Development & Review process for the US Vaccines business; partner with legal and regulatory colleagues to ensure compliant and accurate content.
  • Collaborates with Medical Director and Senior Medical Director in their roles as Brand partners in providing expert input, product support and ensures consistency of approach and deliverables.
  • Supports Brand partners in providing medical knowledge about the healthcare landscape.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promotional Materials Development & Review: Provide medical input for concept development and review of promotional materials and sales training materials. Partner with legal and regulatory colleagues to ensure compliant and accurate content.
  • Sales Training: Support POAs and Sales training needs through partnership in developing materials and providing education. Support development of training modules under the guidance of Medical Director and Senior Medical Director.
  • Medical Information (MI) Partnership: Partner with MI colleagues to provide expert input into Medical Letters and ensure updates as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a health science required
  • PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree highly preferred
  • Relevant experience required: 7 years or more with bachelor's degree; 5 years or more with MBA/MS degree; 2 or more years with terminal degree
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance and excellence
  • Ability to analyze, define, and convey medical concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication
  • Well-organized with the ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple demands.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in medical literature review and evaluation
  • Understanding of the US healthcare system and the role of the pharmaceutical industry.


NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to travel 10-25%
