Preference will be given to those who will have earned their PhD by August 2023; however, candidates who will still be ABD will be considered. We welcome applications from candidates whose background is in any field, with preference for those with formal coursework and experience in data science, machine learning, and quantitative analytic methods.

In addition, we are looking for candidates who can and will promote a learning environment in which underrepresented students will thrive. While there are no active research expectations associated with this position, the college values and encourages scholarship, and provides funding to support scholarly activities. A successful candidate will also have the opportunity to engage students in research projects outside the classroom.
