This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Your main responsibility will be assisting in the charging and collection of tuition fees and the collection of University owned accommodation fees. You will also be involved in the administration and maintenance of student / sponsor records within both our finance and student systems. You will provide a high class service that is responsive to the needs of all stakeholders.

You will have proven customer service and communication skills, as the role includes dealing with queries received from varied sources, including in person at the student service centre counter. Experience of debt collection is essential, as is the confidence to deal with sensitive financial issues. Knowledge of the Banner student system and SAP finance system is desirable.
