An exciting opportunity to lead the domestic postgraduate recruitment portfolio at the University of Adelaide.

As the Lead, Domestic Postgraduate Recruitment you will be responsible for managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Universities Domestic Postgraduate Recruitment Strategy. This will see you working under limited direction, the leading a team of Postgraduate Recruitment Specialists who deliver recruitment activity for prospective postgraduate students. This position is responsible for fostering a customer-focused approach to the development and enhancement of initiatives which lead to growth in the domestic postgraduate market at the University of Adelaide. The role also provides assistance as required to Director, Domestic Recruitment in supporting the delivery of the University's strategic direction to student recruitment.

To be successful you will need:
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express complex matters in an accurate and concise form.
  • Experience in delivering engaging presentations to various market segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage key stakeholders and role model leadership behaviours.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to provide support to projects and / or, recruitment activities.

This position requires a valid Working with Children Check.
