Goal

To effectively strengthen company capabilities in the field of oligonucleotide, we are seeking a tenacious professional to lead oligonucleotide process chemistry and establish cutting-edge oligonucleotide synthesis technologies.

What You Will Bring To The Table...

* Ph.D degree in organic chemistry or nucleic acid chemistry or other related fields with at least 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
* At least 6 years' hand-on experience in oligonucleotide synthesis development and scale-up.
* Expert knowledge of modern methods of synthetic chemistry with an emphasis on oligonucleotide synthesis and characterization is preferred.
* Basic understanding of oligonucleotide CMC requirement is required.
* Deep understanding and clear vision of the oligonucleotide area and future development trend.
* Self-motivated with a hunger for new technology exploration.
* Taking initiative and can-do spirit are highly preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to effectively interact and work with different levels of people.
* Strong track record of scientific contributions including peer reviewed first-author publications, patent applications, and/or presentations at major national meetings is preferred.
