YOUR ROLE
  • Govern, design, develop and operate TPM/SPARC products
  • Manage direct, indirect, local, remote and external resources in development, operations and
    release management area
  • Project lead of work streams and cross-functional teams ensuring deliverables in quality, time and
    budget. Cross-platform teams collaboration ( e.g. SAP Cloud Platform, Horizon, etc.), alignment
    and communication
  • Introduce TPM solutions, large scale E2E product developments and operations, including
    resource, quality, velocity and cost management
  • Steer on project scope, prepare project plan and monitor implementation against agreed
    targets (e.g. budget), define priorities and manage stakeholders expectations accordingly
  • Engage with external consulting/implementation partners for new demands, lead tools and vendor
    selections and engage with software vendors to ensure products/platform stability
  • Guide solution/technical architecture, tech stack, implementation, road maps, continuous
    improvements, stabilization, release management and IT Landscape

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's or higher degree preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of international experience in IT
  • Profound knowledge of SAP HANA SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, SAPUI5/openUI5, HTML5, XML, JSON, Odata, Cloud Foundry, SAP BTP CF and SAP CPI
  • Experience in several of the following processes: ABAP on ECC, Shell scripting, Containers [Docker, Kyma, Kubernetes], infrastructure as code, configuration management, message queues, Jenkins, SDLC, CI/CD, ELK Stack, Fiori, ABAP RestFul, ABAP on HANA
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, test-driven design, technical writing and developer
    toolchain
  • Collaborating with team members and guiding to identify and fix problems
  • Excellent communication skills in English
