Would you like to work to support public engagement in clinical research?

Do you have the skills to lead programmes of work involving large data sets and process management?

Do you have great communication and organisational skills and are you able to interact with a range of stakeholders across multiple organisations and geographies?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly motivated and innovative team at the NIHR Clinical Research Network's National Coordinating Centre.

You will take a leading role in the delivery of a national service aimed at supporting patients and the general public who are interested in participating in clinical research. The service is delivered by the National Institute of Health Research Clinical Research Network (NIHR CRN) and you will provide administrative oversight to the Be Part of Research website and volunteer accounts. Your role will involve liaising with the public, Researchers, Sponsors, Local Clinical Research Networks (LCRNs) and other stakeholders nationally to ensure successful delivery of the service. You will ensure that data is managed and processed correctly and lead programmes of work on data quality and process improvement. The Digital Services Senior Delivery Officer will report to the Digital Services Delivery Leads and work closely with the other members of the Public Engagement Team.
