YOUR ROLE

• Provide technical support to key customers/ projects and drive growth of AE electronic Accessories bussiness
• Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
• Is responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members of TCS field team or project members
• To support new project, collect CTQ, customer evaluation support, failure analysis etc;
• Accountabilities (Time in %)
• Customer visit for ACE Project support 50%
• Lab experiment for ACE project support 30%
• Customer complaint/trouble shooting support 20%

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree or above in Materials/Automatic/Mathematics. etc.
• Good experience on consumer device applications including board level underfill or Encap assembly technology, above 3 years' experience about electrical industry.
• Good knowledge of adhesive technology like UV, epoxy, PU, PUR, MMA chemistry and products, good Failure analysis experience.
• Good experience on trouble shooting, support customer complaint
