YOUR ROLE

• UV PSA HM localization and new product development.
• Solution acrylate production support.
• Product optimization.
• Provide UV PSA HM to support APP business continually increase, complete ADP project timely.
• Provide support to APP on existing or localized products for sample making and other tasks, with approval from Supervisor.
• RM saving (CCDB). Support procurement team to use low price RM improve existing products' margin.
• Supply security of RMs. Work supply chain solve shortage issue and add alternative for key RMs.
• Manufacturing efficiency (on existing products). Work with production/engineering team to improve productivity or optimize the production procedure.
• Accountabilities (Time in %)
• Provide UV PSA HM to support APP business continually increase, complete ADP project timely. 50%
• Provide support to APP on existing or localised products for sample making and other tasks, with approval from Supervisor.15%
• RM saving (CCDB). Support procurement team to use low price RM improve existing products' margin. 15%
• Supply security of RMs. Work supply chain solve shortage issue and add alternative for key RMs.10%
• Manufacturing efficiency (on existing products). Work with production/engineering team to improve productivity or optimize the production procedure.10%

YOUR SKILLS

• Education, degree: Master or above;
• Major: Chemical or relevance
• Working Year: 3-5 years
• Industry: Chemical, prefer to adhesive industry.
• Level of English: Fluent
