The RWE Team Lead is responsible for a high-performing Real World Evidence (RWE) team, coordinating team resources and deliverables, developing quality control and workflow processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
The Project Manager will provide key support to Team Leads and Group Leads in managing day-to-day business support which includes and not limited to the following activities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Track, analyze and report the financial performance of the Global RWE business - Revenue, Costs, and Earned Value.
• Support RWE Governance project and LT initiatives.
• Project management control and reconciliation on key RWE projects
• Provide framework and project management necessary to develop Business Excellence benefits case that are incorporated into site and tracked on a monthly basis.
• Full project lifecycle ownership, successful project delivery will include
• Manage all aspects of multiple projects within assigned portfolio to ensure overall delivery of tactics
• Establish practices, templates, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
• Working in collaboration with the different internal and external Stakeholders to drive the activities.

Minimum Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
• Graduate Degree in science, business, finance, or economics. Fluency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in managing multi-functional Projects, Programs & change Management with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in working in large / international companies
• Excellent communication, people management, stakeholders’ management and leadership skills
• Ability to ensure service focus across a complex people intensive and functionally dispersed organization
• Preferred to have understanding of Pharma business and financial issues, including its regulatory environment (life sciences Business Process Outsourcing experience preferred). Exposure to Real World Evidence is desirable
• Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
