YOUR ROLE
  • Lead a team embedded in a global R&D organization which develops tailored software solutions to capture experimental results
  • Design, extend, implement and maintain a global .NET Core based laboratory IT system for the Henkel Consumer Brands community
  • Work closely with your stakeholders and users in an agile environment collecting and catering business and requirements
  • Manage application development projects together with your team ranging from front-end user interfaces to back-end services
  • Augment the skills of your team with your own expertise developing, maintaining and evolving a set of in-house applications
  • Collaborate hand-in-hand with data analysts brining state of the art tools to life that drive the digital transformation and facilitate data driven product development

YOUR SKILLS
  • Masters's degree in computer science or software engineering
  • Excellent skills in .NET Core based web development using ASP.NET Core Blazor (WebAssembly) and ASP.NET Core Web API and solid understanding of relational database technologies
  • Profound working knowledge in C# and SQL
  • Familiar with pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Advanced skills in data engineering creating data pipelines using Azure Data Factory / Power BI Dataflows
  • First experience as a team leader is advantageous
  • Having worked in an R&D environment is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are advantageous
  • Drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
